Hire Conditions

1. During School Holidays (all states) & Public Holidays a 10% booking fee will be charged on cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the pick up date.
   
2. All other times a 10% booking fee will be charged if a cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to the arranged pick up time.
   
3. A minimum of 24 hours notice must be given on the early return of goods already out on hire, to receive a refund. There are no refunds available for hires of less than one week.
   
4. All goods must be returned in a clean and well maintained condition. Cleaning charges may apply.
5. Goods must be made available for pick up at the agreed time and date or additional charges will apply. Please note that we are often relying on the goods to be back in time to fulfill other bookings.
6. The hirer will be charged on their credit card for the replacement or repair due to any loss or damage. This may not be finalised until after the drop off. Credit card details will be held until final costs are confirmed.
   
7. Cable Beach Holiday Hire will not be held responsible for any additional costs incurred by the hirer due to break downs of hire goods or inconvenience due to unforeseen faults. All goods are checked and are functioning properly prior to drop off.
   
8. Contact must be made with Cable Beach Holiday Hire prior to the replacement of any faulty goods.
